The idea to celebrate a return after 2+ years to the office included bringing employees from a premier financial institution to an afternoon of festivities including a private concert and outdoor playground.  It promised big acts – from members of Blue Rodeo and Walk Off the Earth to the Mayor of Toronto and Melissa Cox. Idea in place, the team moves forward, sending out 19 thousand invites.

A big idea like this requires an even bigger logistics response.

With just two weeks to go into the big day, E.L. Productions brings its logistics A-Game to the table.

Within hours, an experienced team is on its way to developing everything – detailed site plans, CAD drawings, communications protocols, risk mitigation strategies, security processes, even restroom set ups.

Suddenly, the idea is marching towards reality. E.L. Productions draws on a history of production experience,  processes and templates to welcome thousands to an outdoor space – and accomplishes the feat in just two (very, very long) weeks.

The show is a massive success with over 6000 employees reunited and connecting with colleagues in-person once again. A beautiful afternoon filled with Canadian music hits, tasty treats, speeches, giveaways and lots – and lots – of smiles.
